On the exercises, pick one or two and do 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps every other day. Switch exercises every few weeks.

Good info, my friend! It’s obvious you’ve done your homework. Good tips about how to bend over properly…I’m finding that even with raised bed gardening it’s easy to strain one’s back. The exercises suggested will be helpful and can be done in just a few minutes a day. I can’t believe how high you can raise your arms/legs with the superman!! Thanks for your good work.
