As of June 2023...
- Ramping coaching back up since having a baby in 2021.
- Testing all of my ideas re: less is more and how to approach training with baby.
- Only serving max of 10 1:1 clients now postpartum, more in #StrongForLife.
As of December 2020...
- Coaching remotely 80% + in-person 20%. I love live coaching so much, the aha's, the gains, that I needed it back in my life.
- Discovered during start of pandemic that I enjoy running (when trained right)!
- Training in my garage + burning holes in my neighborhood's sidewalks. Has been a meh year training-wise, but maintaining a bare minimum level of strength + improving sleep/health via conditioning has been gamechanging.
- Tested three new programs this year: Cyclical Strength Foundations, #StrongForLIFE strength + conditioning template, and #CapsuleKitchenMASTERCLASS.
- Pandemic tested our preparations and values, affirmed some, and exposed others. Aligning much more clearly for 20201.
As of August 2018…
- Moved to Knoxville, Tenn. GBO!
- Coaching injury-proofing, strength training, + flexibility remotely. Click here to email me re: training inquiries.
- Primarily focused on bodyweight strength training goals, mobility, and handstands.
- Enjoying spending rich moments with framily.
- #Retired from 1:1 in-person personal training to focus on going deep with: family, framily, options trading + growing our retirement account, cooking, learning to play the cello, learning a language, + supporting my hubby’s ministry.

- Coaching Shoulder Pre-Hab Wed@5:30P at CrossFit Newton (Waltham, MA).
- Gymnastics Coach for the Cambridge Synchronized Swimmers (Cambridge, MA).
- Coaching online private clients in water weight cuts for strength sports, weekly strength + conditioning programming, & weight loss goals.
- Not competing in Strongwoman this year so I can focus on other priorities: financial goals, my close relationships, & primarily bodyweight training.
As of May 2016…
- Teaching GymnasticBodies.com Foundations classes at CrossFit Newton on Sundays at 4 pm.
- Programming for myself: blending strongwoman + Gymnastic Bodies
- Coaching Masters Athletes with Iron Force Athletics, a remote coaching program & community for masters athletes (over 40).
- Coaching online private clients in nutrition & re-building-from-the-ground-up complete programming.
